"Color was way off in person"
I was disappointed when the jacket showed up because the color looked nothing like the photos. Online it seemed like a softer, lighter shade, but in person it was much darker, especially around the seams and collar where I noticed it right away. Maybe it's just the lighting in the product pictures, but it made the whole jacket feel different than what I thought I was ordering. Kind of annoying, honestly.

"Nice jacket, but the price is kind of a lot"
I’ve worn this jacket a few times now and it does feel really well made, like the fabric and stitching are holding up good so far. It’s warm too, which is mostly what I wanted. I’m taking off one star though because the price still feels high to me, even though the quality is there.

"Pretty easy to use, with a few slow spots"
I was able to find what I needed without much trouble, and the checkout process was fairly straightforward. That said, a few pages took longer to load than I expected, which was a little frustrating. Overall, it worked fine, but the experience wasn’t completely smooth

"Held Up When I Was Stuck in Bad Weather"
I got caught in really heavy wind and rain and felt kind of trapped outside with nowhere to get out of it. This jacket kept me dry the whole time, and the hood actually stayed put, which was a relief. It’s definitely a bit pricey, but in that moment I was really glad I had it.

I’ve heard a lot of good things about 66°North over the years, so I was already comfortable checking them out. I had to request a refund the other day, which I was kind of dreading because I was already busy with a bunch of errands and didn’t want to deal with a long back-and-forth. There was a good range of stuff to choose from, and I found what I needed easily. I’ll admit I felt a bit uneasy after making the payment though, like I wasn’t totally sure everything would go smoothly from there.

I got my jacket last week and I’ve been really happy with it so far. It’s super warm, fits nicely, and feels comfortable to wear. Shipping was smooth too, no issues at all. A friend actually recommended it to me, and I’m glad I listened.

I feel kind of stupid for trusting them on this one. It’s comfy enough, I guess, but definitely not as good as I expected. The comfort is just okay, nothing special, and I wouldn’t say it was worth getting my hopes up over.

"Material feels really solid"
I ended up getting a jacket from 66north.com and the material is better than I expected. It’s thick, but not in that bulky way, and it held up really well when the weather got bad. The zipper and stitching feel sturdy too, which was kind of the main thing I was worried about. I’ve worn it quite a bit already and it still looks basically new. It’s definitely not cheap, but after using it, the price makes more sense.

"Fit worked out better than I expected"
I ordered a jacket from 66° NORTH the fit ended up being just right for me. I was a little nervous it would look too boxy, and I’m kind of picky about jackets because I usually wear a hoodie underneath and then complain if it feels tight. But this one sits really nicely with a hoodie on, and the sleeve length is good too. Glad I went for it

From what I remember, the order showed up in good shape and everything was packed nicely. Nothing was damaged, and the bag was sealed well, so no complaints there. The box did seem a little bigger than it needed to be, but it wasn’t really a big deal. Overall, I was happy with it, just wouldn’t mind seeing a bit less extra packaging next time.

"Return process was such a headache"
I ordered a jacket and it ended up not fitting, so I figured I’d just return it, but wow, the whole process was way more confusing than it needed to be lol. The return page wasn’t clear at all, and I spent ages trying to figure out what I was actually supposed to do.
After I sent it back, there were barely any updates, and customer service took a while to reply. I still had to keep chasing just to get my refund sorted. For stuff this pricey, I expected a much smoother return experience. i don’t think I’d order from 66north again.

"Shipping was okay, just a little slow"
I ordered a jacket and it did show up in good shape, so no real complaints there. The box had a tiny dent on one corner, but the jacket itself was fine and folded neatly enough. Shipping just took a bit longer than I thought it would, and the tracking didn’t update as quickly as I kept checking it. Not a bad experience, just kind of average overall.
